Appointment slots that have been previously scheduled and marked as a No Show can display on the schedule by setting your Custom Filter.
- Access Schedule.
- Click the filter icon.
- Select Custom filter.
- In the Calendar Filter modal, in the Calendar Item Status section, ensure the checkboxes for No Show, Available Slots, and Unavailable Slots are checked.
- Click 'Save as Default,' or, 'Save.' Note: The No Show and the Unavailable Slot display. See Example
