RevIntake - How do I send a message to a new email address?
- Login to RevolutionEHR: open patient’s Demographics and update the email field. Save
- It can take up to 15 mins for RevIntake and RevolutionEHR to sync
- Log into the RevIntake Dashboard
- Select the Chat icon next to patient's phone number
- Select ‘Send Email’ button
- You will receive a message
- You may change the patient's email back to the original if needed.
