The following instructions are to correct the refund date or method.
Note: These instructions do not apply if your office uses RevPayments. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Account > Refund History.
- In the grid, for the appropriate refund line item, click the X (void refund) icon.
- In the Void Refund modal, input comments and click 'Apply.' Note: This action creates a credit, and displays a Refund button
- Click 'Refund.' See Example
- In the Process Refund modal, complete the required fields.
- Click 'Apply Refund.' Note: The refund displays in the Refund History tab.
