An error message displays when the user attempts to leave the Reason For Visit (RFV) screen when the following exists:
- A RFV has been entered into the screen, AND
- A Provider has not been selected within the encounter.
To Resolve The Error
- Click the 'No provider' icon within the encounter header.
- In the Select Provider modal, select a provider from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'OK.'
- Click 'Next' to continue with the encounter.
