The following information provides instructions on deactivating a patient.
Instructions
Deactivate a Patient
- Access Admin > Patient Management > Search > search for the patient.
- Click the red X deactivate icon.
Deactivated in Error
- Access Admin > Patient Management > Search > search for the patient.
- In the Status field, click 'Inactive.'
- Click 'Search.'
- Click the green check mark activate icon.
Find Deactivated Patient's File
- Access Patients > Advanced Search.
- In the Status field, click 'Inactive.'
- Click 'Search.'
