If a patient has an address that is outside of the United States and Canada, the appropriate country must be added in the Admin Module.
- Access Admin > Data Configuration > Patient Information > States/Provinces.
- Click 'Add Item.'
- Input the country in the Name field.
- Click 'Add.'
- Log out and log in again for the entry to be active in Demographics.
- The country you have added in Admin displays in the State/Prov dropdown menu.
