The Schedule module provides the ability to create a list of patients that would like to be contacted if an appointment time opens that was previously not available.
Instructions for Add Patient
- Access Schedule > Wait List icon > Add to Wait List.
- Complete all required fields. Note: Although not required, it will be helpful to complete as much information as possible.
- Click 'Add.'
Instructions for View Patients
- Access Schedule > Wait List icon > View Wait List.
- In the Patient Wait List modal, the icons available are:
Create new appointment.
Edit patient on wait list.
If the patient has text communications enabled, click to send text message.
Delete patient from wait list.
Hover your cursor over the icon to view a popup of patient details.
