Practices that have the cloud based version of Compulink must request a copy of their database information directly with Compulink.
The majority of doctors that select RevolutionEHR as their electronic health record solution are moving from an existing practice management solution. As part of the setup process, we will work with you to transfer the data from your previous system into RevolutionEHR. The exact data that can be imported into RevolutionEHR depends entirely on what resides in your existing system, the format of that data, and the export functionality of that system.
The following provides a summary of the data items which typically can be imported:
|Patient Demographics||Appointment||Spec Rx|
|Middle Name||Type 1||Axis|
|Deceased||Confirmation Status||Lens Material|
|DOB||Ins Verified Status||Rx Date|
|Gender||Recall||Rx Expiration Date|
|State||Insurance Type||Base Curve|
|Zip||Group Number||Lens Model Name|
|Home phone||Policy Number||Lens Model Type (soft/rgp)|
|Cell phone||Plan Name||Diagnosis|
|Active/Inactive||Insured's First Name||Diagnosis Date|
|Primary Provider||Insured's Last Name||Last Exam|
|Primary Location||Insured's Phone Number||Last Exam Date|
|Patient Special Needs Notes|
1 - In RevolutionEHR, exams, appointments, and recalls all MUST be associated with an encounter template that is configured within the system. As a result, in order to import that data from your existing system, we must either choose a default template to use, or you must provide a mapping from the respective types in your existing system to the encounter templates configured in RevolutionEHR.
