The majority of doctors that select RevolutionEHR as their electronic health record solution are moving from an existing practice management solution. As part of the setup process, we will work with you to transfer the data from your previous system into RevolutionEHR. The exact data that can be imported into RevolutionEHR depends entirely on what resides in your existing system, the format of that data, and the export functionality of that system.
The following provides a summary of the data items which typically can be imported:

1 - Many Eyecom3 systems will not export SSN via Data Wizard or Export. If they do, we can convert it.
2 - For last exam/visit date information, we can import the date and associate it with a particular RevolutionEHR template. Note that this is only the date and type and does not include any exam data.
3 - In RevolutionEHR, exams, appointments, and recalls all MUST be associated with an encounter template that is configured within the system. As a result, in order to import that data from your existing system, we must either choose a default template to use, or you must provide a mapping from the respective types in your existing system to the encounter templates configured in RevolutionEHR.
4 - You must be using Eyecom3's EHR system in order for us to transfer diagnosis data.
5 - Model is not required in Eyecom3. To import Rx, we have to assign a model, such as "Imported from Eyecom3" to the Rx.
