The majority of doctors that select RevolutionEHR as their electronic health record solution are moving from an existing practice management solution. As part of the setup process, we will work with you to transfer the data from your previous system into RevolutionEHR. The exact data that can be imported into RevolutionEHR depends entirely on what resides in your existing system, the format of that data, and the export functionality of that system.
The following provides a summary of the data items which typically can be imported:
Patient Demographics | Last Exam | Appointment |

1 - For insurance import, we are unable to import policies for which the patient is not the policy holder (relationship = self).
2 - In RevolutionEHR, exams, appointments, and recalls all MUST be associated with an encounter template that is configured within the system. As a result, in order to import that data from your existing system, we must either choose a default template to use, or you must provide a mapping from the respective types in your existing system to the encounter templates configured in RevolutionEHR.
