Pulse - Manage Dashboards

The following information provides instructions on how to access, edit, copy, delete, and create favorites for the Dashboards area of the Pulse module.

Instructions

1. Access Pulse > Dashboards.
2. Click 'Manage Dashboards.'

Edit

1. Click the edit icon.
2. In the Edit Dashboard modal, update the Dashboard Name field.
3. Click 'Save.'

Copy

1. Click the copy icon.
2. In the Copy Dashboard modal, update the Dashboard Name.
3. Click 'Copy.'
   • Copying a dashboard creates an exact duplicate of the original dashboard, including filters.
   • Newly copied dashboards are added to the end of the dashboard list.

Delete

1. Click the delete icon.
2. In the Confirm Dashboard Deletion modal, click the delete icon. 
3. The Dashboard is completely deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Favorites

The system automatically indicates a Dashboard as a favorite when it is added to the system. As you access the Dashboards tab, only the Dashboards that are indicated as a favorite are listed on the Dashboards' screen. 

To update favorites, click the star icon to add and/or remove the Dashboards from the favorites list.
