Your practice website can include a link to RevolutionPHR. The code includes specific references to your practice's database of patients, thus, using the code generated within RevolutionEHR is very important.
We recommend you clear your cache before completing the instructions.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open the location to match to the appropriate link > PHR Settings.
- Complete one of the following:
- If you have information in the PHR Access Codes grid:
- Click the link for 'Copy Embed Code.'
- An "Embed Link Copied" message displays. Click 'OK.'
- The information that is copied onto your computer's clipboard is the HTML code that is needed for your website and it is unique to your location (the letters and numbers within the code will be different for each location). The entire code includes language that creates both a button and a link to your PHR. If your website developing system is designed to include a button, you will only need the code that has the link/URL information. Thus, the URL link is everything included within the quotes. - If you do not have information in the PHR Access Codes grid:
- Click 'Edit.'
- Click 'Add.'
- Input the practice location into the Name field.
- Click 'Update' that is immediately below the Description box.
- Click the link for 'Copy Embed Code' that displays within the grid.

- Click 'Update' located at the bottom of the screen.
