The Audit Log provides information for a specific patient and/or employees and some of their actions within some areas of RevolutionEHR.
- Access Reports > Administration > Access > Audit Log.
- The Date fields are required.
- One of the following fields must have data entered: User, Patient, and Entity. Note: The # field is required in some search situations. The system displays an error message if this field must be populated.
- Click 'Search.' Note: The data can be exported by clicking the gear icon.
