The following instructions are to void a patient refund.
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Account > Refund History.
- Click the red x icon of the line item to void. Note: The voided refund will now be a credit on the patient's account. If the credit should be transferred to the original invoice, the newly created credit must be voided. See Void Patient Credit.
- In the Void Refund modal, input comments that might be helpful for future reference.
- Click 'Apply.'
