A default schedule filter is setup within the Admin module. If your new employee does not have access to the schedule filter items setup for the practice, their schedule display will be empty. To verify the practice schedule filter, access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > Schedule > Schedule Filter.
Employees can setup a schedule filter that overrides the practice schedule filter. Access your employee name in the system's navigation bar > Edit Profile > Preferences > Schedule > Schedule Filter.
