Create Contact Lens Prescription

RevolutionEHR provides multiple options to create a contact lens prescription.

Instructions

Within Rx Component

1. Access Patients > search for an open a patient > Rx.
2. Click the + icon.
3. Select the appropriate option. See Example

Within an Encounter

Encounter screen names can be customized by each practice, thus, the screen names in these instructions use the default names provided by RevolutionEHR.

CL Trials Screen - Add Trial

1. Open an encounter > CL Trials.
2. Click '+ Add Trial.'
3. In the Add Contact Lens Trial modal, click 'View History.'
4. In the Select Rx modal, review the tabs, and select the appropriate option.
5. Complete any additional fields necessary and click 'Save.'

CL Trials Screen - Single Rx

1. Open an encounter > CL Trials.
2. Click '+ Create RX.'
3. In the Create Contact Lens Trial modal, click 'View History.'
4. In the Select Rx modal, review the tabs, and select the appropriate option.
5. Complete any additional fields necessary and click 'Save & Auth,' or, 'Save.'
