If you receive an Apex EDI Not Authorized (E00001) message when trying to send claims, this indicates Apex needs you to change your password on the Apex portal. After you have changed your password in the Apex portal, you must change the password associated to the Apex clearinghouse in RevolutionEHR.
- Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Practice Claim Preferences.
- In the Password field, Input your Apex password.
- Click 'Save.'
