Immunizations - Activate an Existing Immunization in Inactive Status

The following instructions are to activate an existing immunization currently in inactive status.

Instructions

1. Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Immunizations.
2. Click the radio button for Inactive.
3. Click the activate icon for the line item. Note: Click the radio button for Active to display all active immunizations.
