Prescription print settings are controlled for the practice within Admin. Practices with multiple locations can setup each location individually which overrides the practice settings. The location the user is logged into, as displayed in the system's navigation bar, determines the print format setting that is used.
The following instruction are to setup the Medication Rx print format at the location level.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open the location > Preferences.
- Beside Med Rx print format, click the appropriate option.

- Beside Include fax number, click appropriate option.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
