The following instructions are to deactivate an active consent form within a patient's file.
Instructions
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Consents.
- Click the deactivate icon within the grid for the appropriate consent form. Note: To display all inactive consent forms, click the Inactive button at the top of the grid.
