The following instructions are to print a statement(s) for one patient.
Instructions
Print Single Statement
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Account.
- Select Active or Paid in the Status field.
- Select Patient in the Payer Type field.
- Click 'Search.'
- Click the printer icon for the line item you want to print. Note: The statement opens in a new tab.
Print Multiple Statements
- Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Account.
- Select Active or Paid in the Status field.
- Select Patient in the Payer Type field.
- Click 'Search.'
- Select the invoices by clicking in the checkbox.
- In the Actions dropdown menu, select Print Statements.
- In the Print Statements modal, customize your printed statements with the options available.
- Click 'Print.'

- This feature is generally used when patients request their yearly payments for tax purposes or to determine their outstanding account balance.
