The billing location address of your practice might be different than your physical location address. Complete the following instructions to input the correct billing location that displays on patients' statements.
Instructions
- Access Admin > General > Locations > open the location.
- In the Billing & Claims Information section, in the Statements Billing Location field, select the appropriate location from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Save.'
- Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
Additional Information
- If your billing location address does not display as an option in the Statements Billing Location field, follow the instructions for Add Practice Location.
- If your office utilizes RevPayments, the Statements Billing Location field must have RevPayments selected or the QR code will not display on the patients' statements.
