If busy times have been created, but are not displaying on the Schedule, it is likely the Custom Filter needs to be updated.
- Access Schedule.
- Click the Filter icon.
- Select "Custom filter."
- In the Calendar Item Types section, check the box beside Busy Time.
- Click 'Set as Default.'
- Click 'Save.'
If an individual busy time is not displaying in the horizontal view of the schedule, ensure that the start and end time are different. If a calendar event is accidentally created with the same time set for both the start and end time, there is no duration and the event cannot be displayed in the horizontal view.
