The list of Medications deemed risky by the measure steward involves systemic medications uncommonly prescribed by eye doctors. As a result, the vast majority of eye doctors will do very well on this measure with limited effort.
The intent of the measure is to assess if the patient has been prescribed at least two of the same high-risk medications on different days.
