Overview
A Terminal Refund Receipt in RevPay is a PDF copy of the receipt generated when a refund is processed through the payment terminal. This receipt can be viewed or printed at any time for documentation or customer reference. While the refund receipt printed at a later date may have a different layout than the receipt produced at the time the refund is processed, both versions contain the same transaction details and refund information.
Instructions
- From the Patient file open the Account Component
- Select the Refund History tab
- From the appropriate Refund item select the Print icon to the far right
- Select Refund Receipt from the options that appear under the Print icon
- Print the receipt.
