Understanding Payout vs. Volume
When reviewing a payout, you'll see two important amounts:
- Payout: The top amount represents the amount associated with the bank payout. Use this amount to identify the batch that corresponds with what you received in your bank account.
- Vol: The amount displayed underneath the payout as “Vol” represents the payment volume. This is the amount you should use when comparing the batch with your RevolutionEHR reports.
For example, a payout may display:
Payout: $9,074.60
Vol: $9,276.11
In this example, $9,074.60 is the amount used to identify the corresponding bank payout, while $9,276.11 is the volume to reference when reconciling with RevolutionEHR reports. The difference of $201.51 represent the fees being charged.

- Log in to the RevPay Portal.
- Navigate to Finance > Payouts.
- Find the payout batch that corresponds with the amount received in your bank account.
