Add Diagnosis to Patient's File

The following instructions are to add a diagnosis to the Diagnosis History component of the patient's file.

Instructions

1. Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Diagnosis History.
2. Click the + icon.
3. In the Dx Details modal, complete the required fields.
   • Code: Select the appropriate code type and then input the diagnosis to search and select.
   • Dx Date: Defaults to the current date, update if needed.
4. Click 'Save.'
