The system default view for the Schedule is set to Horizontal with the time display set at 15 minute increments. However, each user has the ability to set their default view which will override the system default.
Instructions
Vertical - Recommended for Week or Work Week
- Access Schedule > click the gear icon.
- In the Schedule Settings modal, for the Schedule layout, select Vertical.
- For the Schedule view, select Day, Week, or Work Week.
- Week: The Week view displays the schedule by employee and user role, and Sunday thru Saturday. See Example
- Work Week: The Work Week view displays the schedule by employee and user role, and only days of the week that the employee and user role have an appointment or appointment slot. See Example
- Select the radio button beside the preferred "Show hours in" increment.
- Click 'Save.'
Horizontal
- Access Schedule > click the gear icon.
- In the Schedule Settings modal, for the Schedule layout, select Horizontal.
- For the Schedule view, select, Day, Week, or Work Week.
- Enable Grouping is checked by default, uncheck if appropriate. Note: Grouping allows events to be grouped by the associated provider or employee.
- Select the radio button beside the preferred "Show hours in" increment.
- Click 'Save.'
