Family Medical Hx - Add Clinical Findings to Encounters for All Patients

The following instructions are to add clinical findings for family medical history to encounters for all patients. The changes affect encounters for all patients; historical encounters are updated.

Instructions

1. Access Admin > Data Configuration > Family History Filters > Medical.
2. In the Select a SNOMED code section, input search information for the Code or Description field.
3. Click 'Search.'
4. Click the + icon for the line item to add.
5. Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
