The following instructions are to remove a claim from the list of rejected e-claims.
Instructions
- Access Accounting > Claims > E-Claims tab.
- Complete a search for Rejected claims.
- Click the checkbox for the claim(s) to remove from the results list.
- Select Mark as Canceled from the Actions dropdown menu. Note: The claim is removed and an Updated Successfully message displays.
