RevClear Auto-Posting: Setup

You must verify your practice uses RevClear before completing the instructions noted below.

1. Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Practice Claims Preferences.
2. In the field for Clearinghouse, RevClear displays if your practice is currently signed up for this service.
   • If RevClear displays, complete the instructions noted below.
   • If RevClear does NOT display, Your practice must signup for RevClear for Auto-Posting functionality; access RevClear to contact our Sales team.

Instructions

Practice Level Setup

1. Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > Accounting.
2. Beside Allow ERA Auto-Posting, click 'Yes.'
3. Click 'Save.'
4. Access Admin > RevolutionEHR Solutions > RevClear.
5. In the ERA Auto-Posting Task Assignment section, select a user role group from the dropdown menu, or, click the checkbox beside the employee(s).
6. Click 'Save.' Note: If you are a multiple location practice, continue with Optional Payment Consolidation below. If you are a single location practice, continue with Location Specific Setup.

Practice Level Setup - Optional Payment Consolidation

Multiple location practices can select to consolidate their payments. If you do not want your payments consolidated, there is no action required, continue to Location Specific Setup.

1. Access Admin > General > Practice Preferences > Additional Preferences > Accounting.
2. Beside ERA Auto-Posting Payment Location Consolidation, click 'Yes.'
3. Click 'Save.'
4. Access Admin > RevolutionEHR Solutions > RevClear.
   
5. In the field for Default Payment Location, select the appropriate practice location.
6. Click 'Save.'

Location Specific Setup

If your location has different RevClear credentials than your practice, complete the following.

1. Access Admin > RevolutionEHR Solutions > RevClear.
2. Click the + icon.
3. In the New Credentials modal, input information into the fields and check the box for Auto-Posting.
4. In the ERA Auto-Posting Task Assignment section, select a user role group from the dropdown menu, or, click the checkbox beside the employee(s).
5. Click 'Save.'
6. Log out and log in to see the changes associated to the setting.
