The following instructions are to reassign a previously canceled task.
Instructions
- Access Tasks.
- Click the Search tab.
- In the Status field, select Cancelled from the dropdown menu, and complete any search criteria fields.
- Click 'Search.'
- Open the task.
- Click 'Reassign.'
- In the Reassign Task modal, update the required fields.
- Click 'Yes.'
- Click 'Save and Close.' Note: The task retains its original creation date, therefore may not display at the top of the task list for the new assignee. However, the task does display in bold text, as do all new tasks, until it is opened.
