The following instructions are to enable the employee to receive notification of text messages. Note: The employee's user role must have permission to view two-way texting. See Two-Way Texting Setup - User Role Permission.
Instructions
The employee can update their settings to receive notifications or the practice's system admin can update employees' access.
Employee's Edit Profile
- Access your name in the system's navigation bar.
- Select Edit Profile.
- In the Edit Profile modal, select Preferences.
- In the General section, for Two-Way Text Notifications, click 'Yes.'
- Click 'Save.'
Admin
- Access Admin > Employee/Roles > Employees > open the employee > Preferences.
- In the General section, or Two-Way Text Notifications, click 'Yes.'
- Click 'Save.'
