Referrals - Add

The following instructions are to add a referral to the patient's file.

Instructions

1. Access Patients > search for and open a patient > Referrals.
2. Click the + icon.
3. Complete the required fields.
4. Click '+ Add.' Note: This action updates the current screen with additional functions.
   • The Generate button is enabled for use.
   • A field for Response Documents displays with buttons for Upload and Scan.
   • The +Add button no longer displays.
   • A Save button and a Deactivate button display.
   • Screen before +Add is clicked. See Example
   • Screen after +Add is clicked. See Example
5. Click 'Save.'
