Patients' Referrals List from Outside Sources

Patients' referrals from outside sources can be viewed by creating a custom report. 

Instructions

1. Access Reports > Patients > Patient Search. 
2. Click the + icon. 
3. Select Add Report.
4. In the Query Builder, complete the following:
   • Input a report name.
   • In the Access Roles dropdown menu, uncheck the roles you do not want to have access to this report.
   • Drag and drop the following to the Search Criteria grid:
   • Referred By > Referred By Date. Note: Select the preferred option within the Operator dropdown menu that displays and select a Comparison Value(s) date. 
   • Drag and drop the following to the Result Fields grid:
     • Patient > Patient #.
     • Referred By > Referred By Date.
     • Referred By > Referred By Type.
     • Referred By > Referred By Patient > Referred By Patient Last Name.
     • Referred By > Referred By Patient > Referred By Patient First Name.
     • Referred By > Referred By Provider > Referred By Provider Last Name.
     • Referred By > Referred By Provider > Referred By Provider First Name.
     • Referred By > Referred By Other > Referred By Source.
   • Drag and Drop the following to the Sort Fields grid:
     • Referred By > Referred By Type.

5. Click 'Save.'
