Print Multiple CMS-1500 Forms

The following instructions are to print multiple CMS-1500 forms.

Instructions

1. Access Accounting > Claims.
2. If the claims you want to print do not display as you access the Claims screen, click Advanced Search.
   1. Complete search criteria.
   2. Click 'Search.'
3. Click the checkbox(es) beside the claims to print.
4. In the Actions dropdown menu, select Print. Note: The claims open in a new window, print with your normal procedures.
