The following instructions are to edit an Appointments template.
Instructions
The system provides the ability to edit the appointment template as well as the message within the contact method.
Appointment Template
- Access RevEngage > Settings > Templates > Appointments.
- Select the Appointments template that is indicated with a gear icon.
- Update the appropriate fields.
- Click 'SAVE CHANGES.'
Contact Method Message
- Access RevEngage > Settings > Templates > Appointments.
- Select the contact method (e.g., Call, Text, Email) that is listed below the Appointments template. Note: If the line item of the contact method displays a disabled icon, update the Appointments template with the instructions noted above.
- Input the changes into the text box(es).
- Click 'SAVE CHANGES.'
