The following instructions are to block a contact from communicating with your practice through RevEngage.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Settings > Contacts.
- Click the edit icon on the line item of the patient within the grid.
- In the Blocked column, toggle to on. Note: The toggle turns red.
- Click the save icon. Note: The patient remains listed in the Contacts grid. The Blocked column displays the date and time the patient was blocked.
