Patient Groups provide the ability to create unique messages for specific sets of patients, e.g., patients with a comprehensive encounter, patients with an appointment with a specific provider. The following instructions are to add a patient group.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Settings > Patient Groups.
- Click the + icon.
- In the Name field, input a descriptive name for the patient group, e.g., Comprehensive Encounter, Dr G Harris' patients.
- Access the search fields within each column to specify the parameters of the patient group. Notice there is a field for Status.
- Click the checkmark icon to save.
