Patient Groups provide the ability to create unique messages for specific sets of patients, e.g., patients with a comprehensive encounter, patients with an appointment with a specific provider. The following instructions are to edit a patient group.
Instructions
- Access RevEngage > Settings > Patient Groups.
- Click the edit icon for the line item within the grid.
- Make the appropriate changes.
- Click the save icon.
