The following instructions are to add a patient within the Patients' module.
Instructions
- Access Patients.
- Click the + icon.
- Complete all fields with the red asterisk. Note: We recommend completing as many fields as can be completed, not only the required fields.
- Access the tabs at the top of the screen to complete more information,
- Click 'Add.'
