Patients with an address outside of the United States can be added to the system. If a Canadian Province is not available in the State/Province dropdown menu, it can be added at the practice.

- Access Admin > Data Configuration > Patient Information > State/Provinces.
- Click 'Add Item.'
- Input the province in the Name field.
- Click 'Add.'
- Log out and log in again for the entry to be active in Demographics.
