The ability to print address labels is available in multiple areas of the system. As you are processing the print request, a Print Address Labels modal displays to confirm the type of labels. You must use Avery 5160 as your label type.
For address labels to print within the Reports module, any report that is created by the practice must have the following Result Fields:
- Patient First Name
- Patient Last name
- Patient Address 1
- Patient Address 2
- Patient City
- Patient State/Prov
- Patient Zip Code
If any of the aforementioned fields are missing, the gear icon will not be enabled for the option to print address labels.
