If the date and time of your local PC differs from RevolutionEHR's cloud servers, some applications display errors (e.g. RevIntegrator, MarcoConnect, RevIntegrator for Imaging). The following information explains how to configure a Windows-based PC to synchronize its date and time with an Internet Time Server.
Instructions
- Access your computer's Control Panel > Clock > Date and Time > Internet Time.
- Click 'Change settings.'
- Check the box for "Synchronize with an Internet time server; Server: time-b.nist.gov."
- Click 'Update now.'
- If you receive "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time-b.nist.gov," then you might need to choose another time server.
- Select pool.ntp.org.
- A success message displays.
- If you receive "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time-b.nist.gov," then you might need to choose another time server.
- Click 'OK.'
- Click 'OK.'
