If the date and time of your local PC differs from RevolutionEHR's cloud servers, some applications display an error (e.g., RevIntegrator, MarcoConnect, RevIntegrator for Imaging). The following information explains how to configure a Windows-based PC to synchronize its date and time with an Internet Time Server.
Instructions
- Access your computer's Control Panel > Clock > Date and Time > Internet Time.
- Click 'Change settings.'
- Check the box for "Synchronize with an Internet time server; Server: time-b.nist.gov."
- Click 'Update now.'
- If you receive "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time-b.nist.gov," then you might need to choose another time server.
- Select pool.ntp.org.
- A success message displays.
- If you receive "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time-b.nist.gov," then you might need to choose another time server.
- Click 'OK.'
- Click 'OK.'
