Attempts to login to MarcoConnect or Revintegrator fail due to the following most common reasons:
- The username and/or password entered is incorrect. Try typing the information in again.
- Your RevolutionEHR password has expired. Try to login to RevolutionEHR. If you are unable to login, contact your system administrator to reset your password.
- The time or date is incorrect on the host PC. Complete the instructions for Syn Computer with Internet Time Server to correct the issue.
