When a Care Plan Template is assigned to a diagnosis, the template is automatically assigned when the diagnosis is added in the patient's encounter.
Instructions
- Access Admin > Data Configuration > Diagnosis > Common ICD-10 Diagnoses > search for and open the diagnosis.
- Select a Care Plan from the dropdown menu. Note: Only one care plan template can be added to a diagnosis.
- Click 'Save.'
