Log In to the RevPay Portal
Begin by logging in to the RevPay Portal using your credentials:
RevPay Portal:
https://revpay.revolutionehr.com/
Navigate to the Users Section
After logging in:
- Select Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Within the Users section, you'll find two tabs:
- Active
- Invited
View Active Users
The Active tab displays all users who currently have access to the RevPay Portal.
For each user, you can view:
- Name
- Email Address
- Assigned Role
- Status
- Last Active Date
This page provides a quick overview of who has access to your organization's RevPay account.
Invite a New User
To add a new user:
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Select the Invited tab.
- Choose the option to Invite New User.
- Enter the required user information and assign the appropriate role.
- Send the invitation.
The invited user will receive instructions for creating and accessing their RevPay Portal account.
Export User Information
If needed, you can export the list of users directly from the Users section for record-keeping or administrative purposes.
Edit an Existing User
To update a user's information:
- Navigate to the Active tab.
- Locate the user you wish to edit.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the user's row.
- Select Edit User.
From here, you can update:
- User Name
- Assigned Role
Understanding User Roles
The actions available to you within the Users section depend on the role assigned to your RevPay Portal account.
Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:
- View users
- Invite new users
- Edit existing users
- Change user roles

Important Note
Access to the Users section and the ability to manage user roles is determined by your assigned RevPay Portal role. If you do not see these options, you may need assistance from an administrator with higher-level permissions.
