RevCheck by ABB Verify automatically verifies supported vision insurance plans and displays verification results directly in the Revolution EHR scheduler. Verification results help practices identify coverage status before the patient appointment.
Instructions
1. Open the Scheduling Module.
2. Select the patient appointment.
3. In the appointment pane on the right side, Click the "Insurance" tab
4. Review the insurance verification indicators displayed in the Appointment Details pane.
- Confirm that a green check mark is displayed for successfully verified insurance plans.
- Review any status messages displayed for insurance plans that could not be verified. take action to resolve: RevCheck by ABB Verify: Resolve Unverified Insurance Plans

Verified plans will have "badges" for individual eligible benefits. Hover over them to view copay/allowance information.
- For verified plans, RevCheck by ABB Verify provides a carrier-generated PDF containing detailed benefit information for verified insurance plans.
- Review the verification timestamp to confirm when the most recent automated verification was completed.
