The following instructions are to create an encounter status report.
- Access Reports > Schedule > Encounters.
- One of the following fields must have data input: Location, Providers, Employee, or Patient.
- In the Status field, select the appropriate status.
- Encounter start and end date fields must have data input.
- Complete additional fields to narrow your search.
- Click 'Search.' Note: In the Search Results grid header, click the gear icon to export the results.
