Secondary claims can submit electronically from RevolutionEHR into Apex, but the claim will automatically fail at arrival on the Apex website. The secondary claim will fail as the primary remittance information cannot be included with the secondary claim details in the submission from RevolutionEHR.
To resolve: Login to Apex and edit the claim. Enter all primary payer paid amounts and adjustment codes. Send the secondary claim to the payer from the Apex website.
